This is a crazy bargain from 759 Store in Hong Kong. One pound of Pork Rib Tips is selling for HK$14.40 after 34% discount. I bought a pack last week and cooked with Lee Kum Kee Black Bean & Garlic Sauce. The taste is superb. The meat is tender and juicy. There is plenty of soft bone which I love very much. The pork rib tips was imported from Poland.
I would recommend to steam the pork rib tips with black bean & garlic sauce OR cook in Bak-Kut-Teh.
